I purchased a bed at the Beaudesert store at an amazing price, from very friendly and helpful staff. Who were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The service was unbelievable it was ordered Sat and delivered by Thurs with a public holiday in-between and install by 2 lovely delivery guys. When I need anything I am going back to them, again 5 stars to the rural store.

Absolutely exceptional service from all staff from simply walking in for a look to finding the most comfortable lounge on the planet! We went to all the major furniture stores and sat on dozens and dozens of couches until we came here and not only is the product second to none but the entire process was more like a pleasant experience rather than just a simple transaction. Huge store, fantastic range, and the best service I have ever had anywhere from not just the store but the delivery guys also. I just bought our second mattress from here as I was impressed with the service the first time. Dave served us this time and he was very patient and bent over backwards to help us in every way he could. And he knew what he was talking about which made it easier still. So I purchased the Pinnacle firm queen to help with back issues I have been having. And also one of their high back computer chairs to help with my back also. I asked him if he could write on the delivery docket to not run over our concrete edges as they break. When the delivery truck came, one of the guys got out and stood behind the truck as it reversed up the driveway, even though it is a nice wide driveway, but he did this to make sure that there was no way they went anywhere near the concrete edges. I have never seen anyone care that much, and be that careful and respectful. I was very impressed. And these delivery guys were also very kind, courteous and friendly and bent over backwards to do what they could to please with what we wanted. I could not have asked for more. Many thanks to all of you for impeccable service and such genuine care. I will recommend you to all and will purchase again without a second thought. The store is HUGE and has a massive range. It does not matter where you are in Brisbane, it is worth the effort to travel here for the price, service and range and have no doubt you will not be disappointed. Geoff and Shirley

My hubby and I had a great experience today. Tony the sales person was excellent and very patient while we asked questions about the various types of recliners available. All the staff were very friendly and it was a very relaxing shopping experience. A great place to shop.

Absolutely exceptional company to deal with. Purchased furniture through Ipswich Furniture Court approximately May 2021 and then unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t take possession of my furniture until August 2024. This company went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Not once did they insist/demand that I pick up my furniture. Throughout the whole ordeal they would ring me every couple of months for an update on my situation and just held it there in the warehouse without any issues. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member that dealt with me. I was overwhelmed by their caring attitude. Ipswich should be so proud to have such a wonderful business that actually cares about their customers not just the sales and profits. I will be forever grateful to them and the way they handled my situation and I have told anyone and everyone who will listen to make sure they support this fantastic business. We are new to Beaudesert and needed to buy some furniture for our new home and had a wonderful experience at our local Furniture Court store. All of the staff that helped us- Mazzie, Kym, David and the great delivery team were wonderful. My wife and I cannot praise their wonderful service enough. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff that I have met, MAZ, SELINA and KYM. My Mum and myself have purchased from this store over a few years and the Service is always exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. We are very lucky to have this Store and Service in the Scenic Rim.
